自己紹介
私は，総合商社で企業法務の分野を長く担当したことから，企業取引（取引契約全般，会社法手続，債権保全，コンプライアンスなど）・海外取引（貿易取引，合弁契約，英文契約）に多く取り組んできました。
また一方で，地域のため，一般市民のための弁護士を目指し，広く一般市民が関係する民事紛争（交通事故，近隣トラブル，離婚，後見）や刑事事件，さらには外国人関係（国際離婚，入管関係など）の事件にも積極的に取り組んでいます。
